Why this is SO good:

It’s no bake, you don’t have to crack any eggs, and you don’t even have to share if you don’t want to. A sweet, creamy, chocolate espresso you can dip anything in…it’s the stuff dreams are made of.

Ingredients:

1 block (8 oz) room temp cream cheese

1/4 cup room temp salted butter

2-1/2 cups powdered sugar

2 Tbsp milk

5 Tbsp cocoa powder

2 Tbsp Espresso Love Sugar

1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or pure vanilla extract)

How to make it:

  1. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, whip together the 1 block of cream cheese and the 1/4 cup of butter until it’s super smooth and fluffy.

  2. Mixing on low, add in the 2-1/2 cups of powdered sugar and the 2 Tbsp of milk, keep mixing until it’s creamy.

  3. Add in the 5 Tbsp of cocoa powder, the 2 Tbsp Espresso Sugar, and the 1 tsp of vanilla paste or extract and….mix until creamy! (add milk a splash at a time if it’s not creamy enough)

How to store it:

Tightly covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.

So, what if:

I have brain fog and can’t figure out what to dip. Ok, we got you here! Strawberries…Vanilla Wafers…Marshmallows…Banana Slices…Apple Slices…Pound Cake Bites…Classic Donut Holes…Vanilla Bean Scones…Mini Waffles…Pumpkin Cookies…Chocolate Chip Cookies…Mini Pancakes…Cake Pops.

My dip is chunky, creamy…not so much. Add milk just a lil’ bit at a time and mix it up ‘til you’re happy.

I ate this as a late night snack and now I can’t sleep. Well, the espresso in our Espresso Love Sugar is real, not just a flavor! Please accept our apology, and may we suggest reading other recipes we’ve got to pass the time, until you do fall asleep? Best of luck, friend!
